1) Ive signed up, now what?
Now that you have signed up you may to login to your account. The login details were emailed to you when you signed up. Check your spam folders if you have not received it.
On the login panel of the website enter your username and passord and click on Login. If the login panel does not seem to function for your version of internet browser, click on Cant login link at the top of the page.
If you are not sure of what your username or password is click on the link "FORGOT PASSWORD" on top.
The first thing you will need to do in order to begin sending SMS is to Buy Credits

Click on the BUY button next to the ammount of credits you wish to purchase and follow the instructions that follow.
3) What are the banking details? Login to your account and click on the BUY CREDITS link on the top left hand side, under the credits.

SMS messages are charged at 1 credit per standard length message (160 characters) in South Africa. The cost per credit is based on the price list published under the pricing link. In order to send SMS messages you will need to Buy SMS Credits. Credits are prepaid.
5) What is Dynamic Originator / Sender Id?Dynamic Origination (also known as anonymous messaging) referes to the ability to customise the senders detail (Sender Id)
that appears on the recievers mobile device (Cell phone).
In other words when the message arrives in the recievers SMS inbox, the cell number that the message appears to come
from (originator or sender Id) can be customised by using the Dynamic Originator feature on LogicSMS.
The Dynamic Originator can be changed to either numeric (eg: 1234) or text (eg: LOGICSMS).
An originator cannot be more than 10 characters in length for text based originators and 12 characters for numeric originators.
LogicSMS users may Add as many Dynamic Originators as they wish, this feature does NOT cost anything to setup or use.

(it is the 8th option in the menu).
Read through the information provided and select your delivery option.
On the Send Your Message page, select your appropriate originator and type in the cellphone number to which you would like
to send the message in the text box provided.
It is recommended that the cell phone number is in the international format
(Eg.: instead of 0820001234 use 27820001234 NB: do NOT put in the + of the 27 or any other international codes).
Type in your message and click on the Send buttom when you are satisfied with your message.
B) Should you wish to use the Send Message (Bulk SMS) option, on the left hand menu click on the option labelled Send Message
(it is the 9th option in the menu).
Choose your sending option on the next page
Read through the information provided and select your delivery option.
On the Send Your Message page, type in your message.
You may also personalise the message by using the NAME, SURNAME and EXTRA INFO buttons on the right side of the
message box.
Once you are satisfied with message, choose wether you want the message to be delivered now or at a later stage by
clicking in the circle next to the appropriate option (these options are found underneath the box where you are able to
type your message), click on the Send button and follow the instructions given on the Confirmation page.

To add a recipient click on the ADD RECIPIENT Button located on the top right of the page.
Enter your recipients details and if required select which group you want to put this recipient in.
Once you are satisfied with all the information click on the SAVE button.
To Delete a recipient, on the Address book page, locate the recipient(s) you would like to delete and click inside the box in the
SELECT column of the recipient(s) and Click on the DELETE button located on the top right of the page.
14) How do I create/delete a group?To add a recipient click on the ADD RECIPIENT Button located on the top right of the page.
Enter your recipients details and if required select which group you want to put this recipient in.
Once you are satisfied with all the information click on the SAVE button.
To Delete a recipient, on the Address book page, locate the recipient(s) you would like to delete and click inside the box in the
SELECT column of the recipient(s) and Click on the DELETE button located on the top right of the page.
Login to your account, on the left hand menu click Address Book - Groups menu.
To create a new group click on the ADD GROUP button located on the top right of the page.
Enter the details of you group and click on the SAVE button.
To Delete a group(s), select the group(s) that you want to delete by clicking inside the SELECT column of the group(s) and
click the DELETE button located on the top right of the page and follow the instructions that follow.
15) How do I send a message to a group?To create a new group click on the ADD GROUP button located on the top right of the page.
Enter the details of you group and click on the SAVE button.
To Delete a group(s), select the group(s) that you want to delete by clicking inside the SELECT column of the group(s) and
click the DELETE button located on the top right of the page and follow the instructions that follow.
Login to your account, on the left hand menu click SMS - Send Bulk SMS.
Select the Groups option and the select the groups you want to send the message to and click on continue to compose the message and send.
16) How do I add recipients that are in my address book into a group?Select the Groups option and the select the groups you want to send the message to and click on continue to compose the message and send.
Login to your account, on the left hand menu click Address Book - Individual menu.
Locate the recipient that you want to add to an existing group by clicking on the letters on top corresponding to the surname of the recipient or click on the search button.
Click on the Edit option of the receipient and the recipients details will load into a new page.
In the section which displays your groups, at the bottom, click inside the box next to the name of the appropriate group and click the
SAVE button.
17) I have a large database (or list) of recipients how do I load their details onto my LogicSMS account? Locate the recipient that you want to add to an existing group by clicking on the letters on top corresponding to the surname of the recipient or click on the search button.
Click on the Edit option of the receipient and the recipients details will load into a new page.
In the section which displays your groups, at the bottom, click inside the box next to the name of the appropriate group and click the
SAVE button.

Login to your account, on the left hand menu click Reports - SMS Send Report menu
The entire current month report will load into a new page. You can use the days above to view a specific day or the drop downs area to select a date range. Click on details link in the report summary to view detailed information eg Date, Message, Destination number.

LogicSMS offers its account holders the ability to run a PREMIUM SMS service and to obtain a keyword of their choice.
LogicSMS charges only 1000 credits per keyword per year (1 year rental). Unlimited incoming premium rated messages.
Persons participating by sending the message will receive a confirmation SMS which can be customised
(Advanced users can use this to query databases and return the result to the sender).
The confirmation is included as part of the LogicSMS Premium SMS package.
By running a Premium SMS service, you earn revenue from SMS's sent to your shortcode (with your keyword).
The payouts given differ from network to network.
